If you're intimidated by CrossFit, THIS is the class for YOU!! This is a different style of workout other than pure CrossFit, more of a bootcamp style!

LeanFit will have the basic movements of CrossFit, but lighter weight and more repetitions! We will be doing lots of running, rowing, biking, gymnastics, super light weight movements, kettle bells and other body weight movements that will whip you into shape in a heartbeat!!
