In order to get started at T Bone CrossFit you will need to jump into an On-Ramp course. The On-Ramp course is a basics course where we will go over all of the movements that you will need to know before joining the regular CrossFit classes.  The course consists of three 1 on 1 sessions set up for your convenience to work with your schedule!
This class is also a great starting point for beginners!! If your not used to working out or feel like your not in good shape then this class will ease you into CrossFit instead of throwing you into the deep end before learning to swim.  After the On-Ramp course you are free to dive into any class that fits your schedule!!   If you have already been active in CrossFit, no problem!  You just have to test out of the On-Ramp course.  I just need to see that you are competent in all of the movements before jumping into a regular class.   Contact me today to schedule your On-Ramp course and get started as soon as possible!!
